Do you want your rental holiday home cleaned, well look no further, our clean will leave your home *GLEEMING*
We can provide a ‘meet and greet’ service for your guests for when they arrive, we will leave them the keys & collection on departure. Also we provide guests with one of our welcome packs, please call to organise!
Last of all we can arrange for your guests for transfer to and from Alicante airport, in advance, please call us to provide you a quote
Our Change over cleans: include full clean of your property, laundry washed & ironed. Also we clean your house fully COVID 19 compliant.
Our General Change-Over Includes
Bed linen, towels to be put in bags provided
Mattress & pillow protectors to be changed on every change over
We check that heating/hot water, taps & air con are all working correctly
Wifi/Tv's/DVD's/Remotes are working
Light switches, Light Bulbs, Lamps are working
Check all furniture is safe - No damages
Check all external doors/windows/blinds are locked on departure
Test smoke alarms - if fitted
Check key safes + change codes on departure
Kitchen
Clean & Sanitise all appliances - ovens, hobs, extractors, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, microwave, toaster, kettles & coffee makers (inside & out) - check they are working
Clean & Sanitise all work surfaces, sink, cupboards, windows (internal) & doors (handles)
Organise cutlery, crockery, pots & pans, glassware are tidied away and no breakages
Restock hand liquids/washing liquids, dishcloths, bin bags and replace clean t-towels
Empty bins & sanitise
Clean & Mop Floors
Bedrooms
Strip all beds, check for stains on linen, mattress covers and pillows
Clean & Dust wardrobes, drawers, cabinets and lamps
Clean all internal windows, ledges, skirting boards, mirrors
Vacuum or sweep and mop the floors
Laundry
Check washer, dryer are all cleaned inside & out
Check clothes airer / ironing board / iron are working
Replenish pegs / washing detergent
Lounge/Dinning Room
Clean & Dust all surfaces-furniture, sofas, chairs, cushions, blinds, shelves, lamps, ornaments, mirrors & skirting boards
Clean all internal windows, ledges, glass doors
Books/Magazines/Games/DVD's to be tidied away

Wipe down all outside furniture
Make sure paths, patios, stairs are swept clean
